FOX8/WGHP is the FOX affiliate serving the Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Television Market (47th). Historically one of the strongest FOX affiliates in the country for news viewership, WGHP currently produces 11.5 hours of local news per day and more than 20 hour-long locally produced specials throughout the year. These specials focus on localism and expand on long running franchises such as Roy’s Folks, Good News Friday, High School Football and local Veterans.
As the “home” market for NASCAR, FOX8 leads the country in viewership levels for NASCAR races and NASCAR related programming.
